For our German Store in Munich we are looking for an HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner is a key position inside our stores. He/she reports into the Store Manager and functionally into the corporate HR department based in Italy and will define and develop all people related projects and processes.
We are looking for someone very much versatile and able to:
- Manage all the employee’s life from the Hiring to resignation
- Implement local recruiting campains and training plans for employees
- Bridge with local schools & univeristies in order to develop employer branding relations
- Engage Public Institution and associations
- Support store evolution with seasonal and permanent recruitings
- Act as strategic partner for the Store Management Team mainly on organizational matters
- Manage admin and operational activities
- Manage and Monitor labor cost
- Manage disputes with employees
- Contribute to the global HR community projects
This person will manage a team of 1/2 resources.
Fluency in Italian & English is a must, German nice to have.
We are looking for positive attitude, high energy, passion and at least 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience ideally in Retail/Hospitality. Act as a change agent and brand ambassador, people orientation, but also analytical skills are key elements to succeed in this role.
