ROLE:
The Global Strategic Marketing PM defines the product Marketing Plan on a global level, for distribution and product application category, for Multinational Accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and monitors the global market, for own product application category.
- Gathers information and global cosmetic and fashion market trends.
- Develops and creates promotional events for Multinational Accounts.
- Identifies concepts for communication aimed for products promotion.
- Monitors Customer sales performances, for own product application category.
- Supports Global Accounts during the preliminary phase of a new projects, aimed at the project acquisition.
- Manages and coordinates Company Events.
Accountability:
- Reaches goals identified in the Strategic Plan and Budget objectives for own product application category.
- Identifies market needs aimed at the creation of a finished product brief.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing professional coming from a cosmetic company (preferred) or a fashion/luxury brands context.
An experience close to the EMEA Market is a plus.
We are considering also international candidates to relocate in Italy.
The knowledge of the Italian language is preferred, but not mandatory to cover the role.
